Evening Snacks


You can take things like a bowl of fruit and turmeric tea, a boiled sweet potato i.e. boiled sweet potato, poha with a play good or Bombay toast-2 slices, dry fruits trail mix etc.

You can take 2 cups brown rise / hand pound rise / varuga rice - or porridge khichdi. Apart from this, one can consume broken wheat pongal, wheat dosa, idiyappam, chana curry and a cup of dry vegetables.

Our body requires 75-100 grams of protein every day. If we include as many pulses, legumes, milk and milk products, soy, nuts, fruits and green vegetables in our diet, then we can get the required amount of protein.
