exercise is also very important. everybody knows that if you want a good physique or a healthy body. you have to worked hard for that. exercise does not mean go gym only or lift too much weight and get a highest paid trainer and you get. it is not that easy that much you think. for health body or a good physique you wake up early in the morning. not for a one day but every single day.fix your time to do a workout everyday. in one day atleast one hour.

Diet
