in the previous posts .I've told you that how the DED method is work and why it's important for us. In this post I tell you that how to set your time and some easy exercises for good health.

 
when we listen someone talk about gym or exercise so we feel motivated and we think that i will also do it but after few hours we are forget about that. we only think in dreams not in reality. we think only about for the good physique. Not do in a reality. when we see someone who have very good physique then we motivated our self and we decide that we also want that type of body. then we do a lot's of hardworke and all. but only for 4 to 5 days. after that we forget about that and we quit. why we quit? because we are not determined. In the previous post i told you that the determination is very important if you are not determined so you never ever archive your goals. So first thing you should do be determined.
Today i tell you some easy exercises. simple and easy exercises but very effective on your health.

1-walking














Any exercise program should include cardiovascular exercise which strengthens the heart and Burns calories.
 It is very good for health.

2-squat













A squat is a strength exercise in which the trainee lower their hips from a standing position and than stands back up. During the descent of a squat. The hip and knee joint extend and the ankle joint plontarflexes when standing up.

3-lunge













A lunge can refer to any position of the human body where one leg is positioned forword with knee bent and foot flat on the ground while the other leg is positioned behind.

4-push-up










A push up is a common calisthenics exercise beginning from the prone position by raising and lowering the body using the arms. Push-up exercise the pectoral muscles, triceps and anterior deltoids with ancillary benefits to the rest of the deltoids, serratus, anterior and the midsection as a whole.

5-crunch










The crunch is one of the most popular abdominal exercises.when performed properly.it engages all the abdominal muscles but primarily it works the rectus abdominal muscle and the obliques. Building six pack abs and tightening the belly. It allows both of them.

there is some of easiest and health friendly exercise. only 10 minute's in one day your do it these exercises and after 1 month your fitness is better than before.
